A curator of environments; Stephanie's devotion to building arose from a need to give form to the ephemeral.
Formal training and a decade of practical experience, in both design and building, are the bones upon which Stephanie has built her high standard of quality in craft. She flows seamlessly between the parallel worlds of construction and architecture, while confidently translating their intricacies for our clients.
Stephanie engages in a project not simply as a skilled organizer of complexities, but as a steward of creativity.
Sean Berman

Sean has over two decades of experience in construction management and brings with him a background in structural engineering. This unique skillset positions him as a valuable bridge between the creative vision and the practical execution of their tangible counterparts.
He excels in practical and timely solutions -- addressing challenges proactively, fostering collaboration and minimizing potential roadblocks faced during our most complex builds.
As a leader, he inspires the project team to deliver an exceedingly high level of performance, instilling trust within our clients.

A seasoned builder with nearly 20 years of experience, Dan began his journey at a young age crafting homes in Florida before settling in Portland where he has continued to hone his craft.

Dan's extensive experience across multiple trades, and his profound passion for quality craftsmanship, makes him an formidable site leader.

His dedication to the project is matched by his devotion to the team. With Dan at the helm of our crew, our clients have come to expect nothing less than exceptional results.

Inspired by her photography background and driven by a deep appreciation for aesthetic balance, Jess has mastered the art of creating a beautiful living environment.
For the last decade, Jess has been reviving spaces in and around Portland.
Her adeptness in harmonizing colors and textures, coupled with her understanding of ergonomics and comfort, enables her to weave enchanting transformations.
